Tiger power

From the bottom of the tally board, then slowly making their way to 3rd place in the final four, the UST Growling Tigers will now face the Ateneo Blue Eagles for the UAAP men's basketball championship.

The Tigers defeated the favored UE Red Warriors in a 82-81 sudden death match Thursday. Even with UE's twice-to-beat incentive, the Tigers proved that they're a team to be feared.

It was my first basketball match live at the Big Dome. It was great, better because the Tigers won. Even though they only have 30% chance to win against the Eagles - according to me, LoL - I really don't care. The Tigers joining the finals is enough.

I already have my tickets for the game on Sunday.

Go Uste!!!

It's all about school pride.

Trish Stratus

Trish Stratus defeated Lita to win the Women's Championship for her last last WWE match.

Yep, last match. After Unforgiven the 7-time Women's Champion was to retire. One of my favorite WWE superstars and also a reason why I watch Raw.

She's foxy, she's cool and she kicks ass. 100% stratusfaction guaranteed.

Her fued with Lita was, for me, one of the best Raw feuds. And of course 3 years ago when Trish and Lita were a team, they're simply the best fighting duo.

But I like Lita better.

Just finished watching the match - thanks to the Net - it didn't disappoint me. I'll miss Trish in the ring.

For the Finals

The UST Growling Tigers forced a sudden death match with the UE Red Warriors on Thursday for the Finals.

Go Tigers! I'm going to cover the game fo our sports mag show. Hope they'll win this game.

Don't want to talk about school for now.

Christian Bautista was here.

I woke up early today because I haven't started my powerpoint presentation for my suppose to be report in Broadcast Journalism today. So I was there in ExCel, makng my ppt and I thought I was late for my 1st subject. But hey, my professor just arrived because she told us that Christian was at the Main Building and sang two songs. Grrr... How come I didn't know that he was going to be here?! Kainis. LoL. Turns out that our professor has a crush on Ian.

I'm a big fan of Christian Bautista - since his "Josh Groban" days in Star in a Million, the reason why I became a fan - and I'm not afraid to say it.

5peat

The Salinggawi Dance Troupe bagged the cheer dance competition for the fifth consecutive time, what else is new?

Go Gawi!!

Competitionwas tight. I really thought that FEU would get it this year, I have to say they're good. Didn't like UP's performance this year, not their best.

Next, Tigers for the 3rd place.

Go Tigers!!

It's all about school pride.

Enough

Tired and sleepy. Been in that mode for the last two weeks. So tired that I didn't attend my 6-9pm classes. I don't know, must be the travel. Plus there's our unfinished thesis, reports, and projects. Only a month to go and 1st sem's over. LoL.

Cool pic

This pics was taken last sem at the stairs of the main building for our Photojournalism finals.

All about school pride

So the UST Growling Tiger lost to the UP Fighting Maroons, again. We never seem to beat UP, UST's somehow rival school, at basketball. And I was there watching live at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium with Danna and Carlo - not really the people imagined to be with watching my first UAAP basketball game but they're good.

Even though we lost, I had fun watching the game. All you can hear was the UST cheer, "Go Uste!", "O! Depensa!", "We are the tigers...", "Go tigers..." and my favorite "one for UST!"

Sigh... good times.

Don't know if I'll watch the cheerdance live too, but I really want to watch another Tigers game if they got in the semi-finals which is 70% sure.

Last Wednesday there's lady who came in our classroom and offered us a college ring, and I ordered one even though it's expensive. LoL. Also saw the outcome of my grad pic pictorials, I look so weird wearing the toga or whatever it's called.

Everyone knows that I never really like to study at UST, I always wanted to an Archer not a Tiger but I didn't failed the entrance exam. Lol. But everyone knows how happy i am in UST now, great place (only 2 hours away), great people. Lol.
