Recently, I've been having a hard time adding up new post here at Blogspot. always receives some kind of error. And I like have to manually edit my work like three to four times until I give up. So I decided to create a new Wordpress account (since I alreday have one before) and see which of the two is like more user friendly and stuff. So yeah. But of course, I won't be deleting this one. ^^

Mirotic

A few years back I attended this three day Journalism fellowship seminar, and I was really inspired by the speech of Maria Ressa, who is the Head of ABS-CBN’s News and Current Affairs and the invited speaker of the day. She was such a great speaker. One page of my 2006 planner was filled with quotes from the speech.

Somehow, Ressa just made me want to verge into the world of Journalism even more. It was the time when I really really wanted to be a writer. I have all the passion in the world. As if I have my future crystal clear. I know where I was headed. The feeling that you could go and conquer the world, do anything you want, be anything.

I somehow re-felt part of that great emotion as I was browsing my 2006 planner. And it felt good. It made me smile.

Sad enough, and like I’ve mentioned like a thousand times here, it all just miraculously disappeared one day. Sad. Really sad.

As of now, I don’t think I’ll be pursuing my 'supposed to be' career. I’m in a tricky maze and I’m really having a hard time looking for the way out.

Hopefully, I’ll find the exit soon and have my old ‘passion’ back as the prize. And since it looks like I’m still half-way through, I’ll just try to enjoy life as it is.
