** I’m coming clean. I’m watching ‘Tayong Dalawa’. Don’t know why but I like it. Last pinoy serye that I was so keen to watch was ‘Maging Sino Ka Man’. Once I started to like or love something, I’m totally blind to it’s flaws – which includes Gerald’s acting. I like Kim, she’s cute. ^^

** Currently watching ‘Let’s Go’ on youtube. I really love that show.

** Boys Over Flower (Korean version of Meteor garden) is SOOOO COOL! I personally think it’s better than the Japanese or Taiwanese version.

** Also trying to read ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’ (was my Xmas gift to my sister) and ‘Anansi Boys’

** There’s a Hong Kong Style Noodles stall here in our village, which is kinda weird but nonetheless uber cool! I really love it!

** Don’t want to work again soon! Family’s planning to go somewhere. I want to go to Baguio (which was the original plan and which was supposed to be the vacation in last December), then my sister wants to go to a beach. >Narrows eyes dangerously<

** Hoping for another Code 1-2 Batman update from someone far far away. >hint hint<

Top 20 songs of 2008

I’ve been writing down my monthly top 20 songs on my planner, this is something that I have been doing in the past3 years. I don’t know why I did but I just decided to one day. So I’ve reviewed the list and also checked the songs on my phone to come up with ‘My 08 Top 20 Songs’.

20. Epik High – Let It Rain

- Epik High would be my biggest musical discovery of 08. I’ve known the rap band years before but didn’t really paid attention to their song, not until 08 came. And now, I really love this band and I think they’re so brilliant. This song is one oif their older songs that I got to listen to a few months ago.

19. Sarah Bareilles – Gravity

- this song was used as a background music in an episode of ‘We Got Married’. Meaning of the song is just so good.

18. Vanessa Hudgens – Say Ok

- this is an old song that I still listen to and is still in my phone. I just love it.

17. Mariah Carey – Bye bye

- one of my colleagues in Yahoo! Is in love with Carey and everyday he will play her songs non stop. Among her newer songs, this is one that I liked the best. If I remember correctly, I think she wrote this herself. Cool.

16. Epik High – One

- a great song fro their latest album. I just love the songs of this band. And their videos are so epic!! This one is a must as well.

15. Super Junior – U

- I just can’t stop listening to this song. This would be the song that got me hooked in Super Junior.

14. Imago – Sundo

- I think this was released in 07. But I remember listening to this song on the way home in a bus when I was still in Yahoo! And I was returned in grave yard shift.

13. Incubus – Love hurts

- another win song from the best band ever. You just cant help but love this band, they’re just so frickin cool.

12. Demi Lovato – This is Me

- soundtrack from the movie Camp Rock. And this song is very good. Personally I think it is better than a lot of the songs in High School Musical.

11. Super Junior M – Me

- This song just makes me happy for some reason. Whenever I want to be more confident and such, I’d listen to this song and it never fails to give me the extra boost.

10. Epik high – Breakdown

- the video is the best. It’s amazingly disturbing in a good way actually. The video is a must see.

9. Jon McLaughlin – So Close

- very romantic song from a movie that I like. Really gives you the ‘awww’ factor.

8. CSJH feat Cho Kyuhyun – Just For One Day

- a nice Korean ballad that even my sister loved. Kyuhyun’s voice is good and I oove how it perfectly blend with the girls’ voice.

7. Ayaka – Let’s Hold Hands

- I don’t know when this song was released, all I know is that I really listen to this one a lot.

6. BoA – Eat You Up

- BoA’s US debut song, and it’s so catchy.

5. Super Junior T – Rokkuko

- another song that I cant help but li8sten to almost everyday. Rokkuko!!

4. Rico Blanco – Your Universe

- it’s sad that he left Rivermaya, but at least he’s still in the music industry and this song proves that he’s still good.

3. Moonstar 88 – Migraine

- I love this one. I listen to this every time I’m on my way to work.

2. SHINee – Replay

- one of the songs that would always remind me of 08. this song is also a must listen to one.

1. Epik High – Umbrella

- the best song of 08, hands down. How can a rap group be that so good? Thank you Epik High for all the great songs you have given us. ^^
